Create your online account. Use our easy online portal to create an account and register your pet.

Note: If you need boarding soon, please call first to confirm your dates. Our schedule does fill up quickly! If boarding or a Playgroup Evaluation is needed within a few weeks or for a specific date, please call your interested Pawtropolis location to confirm availability. This might affect your decision to create an account.
Provide the required vaccine records. Please request your vet to fax or email the records to us (hand-written records are not accepted). You may also hand deliver or upload them to your online account.
For Cat Enrollments: Records indicating that your cat has: Rabies, FVRCP, FeLV, and the yearly negative combo FeLV & FIV test. (Bordetella is highly recommended, but not required.) Visit Kitty City for all cat boarding details.

For Dog Enrollments: Records indicating current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella.
Call us to make arrangements. Once you have completed your pet’s online registration, please call the location of your choice to notify them of your enrollment. They’ll help make any and all arrangements you need.
