Our # 1 Promise is to put the care of the animals above ALL else. This promise is especially evident in how we care for our overnight guests. Pawtropolis creates a safe, warm, loving environment for the dogs in our care, and builds trust with dog owners by having high personal integrity and honesty, which is also one of our 5 Promises.

Our main goal is to provide overnight options to match the needs of every single pet. We know that not all pets are the same. That’s why we have a variety of options that can be modified for your pet’s unique needs. We want to give you a place where both you and your pet feel comfortable when a boarding need arrives. If you have a shy, quiet dog that is used to laying with you on the couch all day, then maybe the Suites are the best choice. If you have a young lab that has more energy than you know what to do with, then doggie daycare boarding is the way to go. We take pride in having options that can suit any pet’s need.

DAYCARE SLEEPOVERS

(Advanced Planning Required)

For dogs that love social play, sleepovers are the most popular boarding option. Sleepovers are reserved for dogs that have already passed their Playgroup Compatibility Evaluation and are active members of our playgroups.

Minimum of 5-hours of daycare play each day

Individual daycare bedroom for eating, lunch/nap time, & overnight

Thick Purple Pebble fleece bed (beds from home are also welcomed)

Quality dry food twice a day (food from home is also welcomed)

Medications given at no extra charge

Full day of daycare included at no charge on pick-up day

Many owners opt to add on extra perks such as Goodnight Cuddles before bed or one-on-one quality time with the staff during the day.

Drop-off time for our daycare overnights is very flexible. Dogs can arrive anytime from open till 7pm. A full day of daycare on pick-up day is included, allowing pick-up time to be from open till 7:30pm.

Peak-times have minimum stay requirements. Details regarding peak-times and deposits can be found in our Overnight Policies.

APARTMENTS

For dogs that aren’t active daycare members or dogs that just prefer a quieter environment without rowdy friend around, our Apartments might be the perfect option.

Beds and toys from home are always welcomed for extra comfort

Many owners opt to add on extra perks such as one-on-one outdoor playtimes with a staff member, giving them a chance to have fun and burn off energy they may have from being in their room.

Drop-off: Between 12:00pm – 7:00pm
If an earlier drop-off time is needed, you may pay to reserve the room the night before to make ensure it is available the morning of drop-off.

Pick-up: By 11:00am
If staff are notified at the time the reservation is made, pick-up can be as late as 7:30pm as long as the room is paid for and reserved until the following morning.

SUITES

Talk about luxury, our Hotel Suites are the life for the pampered pooch. The suites provide a quieter environment that is perfect for the ultimate spoiled pooch or for the dog that is very nervous or easily stressed.

Overnight Policies

Reservations and Cancellations

A credit card on file is required for all reservations.
Non-peak reservations require a $45 deposit. A full refund is given if cancelled within 48 hours, after which, the deposit is forfeited.
Peak-time reservations require a 50% deposit. A full refund is given if cancelled within 4 days from the start of the reservation, after which the deposit will be forfeited.
Major holidays reservations require a minimum 3-night stay and a 50% deposit. A full refund is given if cancelled within 10 days of the start of the reservation, after which the deposit is forfeited.

Extended Overnight Stays

Stays of 6 nights or more will automatically receive a 5% discount off overnight charges and 50% off Good ‘n Clean baths.
Stays of 11 nights or more will automatically receive a 10% discount off overnight changes and 50% off Good ‘n Clean baths.
Long-Term Boarding Payment Requirement: If a pet is staying for more than 14 nights, a 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The credit card will then be charged after every 5 nights for accumulated charges.

What to Bring

We provided bedding in all of our overnight rooms. Daycare guests receive a Purple Pebble fleece bed and our Apartment & Suite guests enjoy either a raised Kuranda cot with a fleece bed or a toddler bed with blanket.
We also provide quality dry house food twice a day. However, we encourage bringing your pet’s own food so they don’t get an upset stomach from a sudden change in diet. Please bring food in smaller storage bags and containers. Beds and toys from home are always welcomed!
